Connecting with your core values and your why is one foundational piece of that, because whenever we’re feeling stuck, because we’re having to learn a new skill or navigate a challenge that we haven’t before, if we’re connected with our why and our values and the reasons we’re doing this, it gives us a little more willingness to say, okay, it’s worth it to be a little uncomfortable and learn new skills and break through whatever is blocking me here.
