One of my favorite things is spending time with my customers. However, I don’t always have enough time for individual conversations and meetings. One of my tricks for getting around this dilemma is using tech to help me provide personalized support and advice. For example, I create personal videos that I send to prospects, clients and colleagues. The key to making this work is having a system in place that alerts you when someone in your “important” list takes action.
