Office hours are designed to help you get comfortable with course content, address any obstacles you are facing and provide you with support while you make progress in the training. These sessions are conversational and we host them via Zoom so everyone can be on camera and ask questions easily. LIVE Q&A office-hour sessions occur twice per month.
We are offering two sessions to accommodate multiple time zones.
- On the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30pm ET
- On the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11:30am ET
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, to enroll in this course, you must be an active Food For Life instructor. All registrants will be validated with PCRM within 48 hours of course registration, at which point you will be officially registered in the course.
This course will take you on a deep dive into marketing and business techniques to help you sell more tickets, and market your FFL business more effectively. The goal is to help you make your FFL business viable and sustainable, and the modules in this course are designed to give you the information and actionable steps you need to do that.
The course will be available to you for 24 months from your sign-up date, in case you need a refresher or would like to revisit any of the training in those 2 years.
FFL Instructors can enroll in the course at any time; it is designed for you to start and proceed at your own convenience.

Stephanie Redcross is the Founder and Managing Director of Vegan Mainstream, a unique marketing consulting company, especially for vegan entrepreneurs and professionals. Since 2009 Stephanie has been developing tools, training, and support for the brave individuals who are starting and running vegan businesses all over the world.
She was well-equipped to do this, with more than 15 years of marketing experience with small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Since then Stephanie has been a frequent speaker at vegfest, conferences, and even her own boot camp series.
